BFF National Expert Jury

The BFF Children’s Film Award to the Best International Children’s Film. The Norwegian distributor who secure the winning film in Norwegian distribution, will be granted 50 000 NOK. The BFF Short Film Award will be given to the best Norwegian short film in the competition programme. The film will be nominated/shortlisted for Amandaprisen.

Oda Bhar is editor-in-chief at Periskop, an interdiscinplinary web magazine for film, literature, music, theatre and visual arts related to children and youth. She has several years of experience as an art critic and film journalist for Norwegian newspapers and magazines, and is even a trained psychologist. As a guest curator she has attended various filmfestivals, such as HUMAN IDFF in Oslo, The Norwegian Short Film Festival at Grimstad, and Kurzfilmtage in Oberhausen.

Programme director, New Nordic Films at the Norwegian Film Festival in Haugesund

Gyda Velvin Myklebust is the programme director of the New Nordic Films industry section of the Norwegian Film Festival in Haugesund (since 2003). New Nordic Films is a Nordic film market and an international co-production and finance market aimed towards international distributors, buyers, festival-programmers, film funds, producers and directors. Myklebust has an MA as film producer from The National Film School in Norway and has produced NÅR JEG FALLER (regi. Magnus Meyer Arnesen, 2018).​

Atle Knudsen is a norwegian director and script writer, known for Blodtur (2020), Orps: The Movie (2009) and Hjem (2012). He has has been awarded many times for his work, both nationally and internationally. He has also made a lot of sucessfull TV-series for children such as:  «Vaffelhjarte», «Linus i Svingen», «Jul i Svingen» and «Orps» (tv-series and feature film).
