It’s been yet another bad day at school for Angel (11). Her presentation was terrible, she’s been laughed at, purposely tripped up, and Charlie, her only friend at school, is constantly bossing her about. On her way home from school everything changes when Angel gets a magical pocket watch. The watch fulfils all her wishes.
Together with Charlie she drives go-kart through the park, they wish for a bouncy castle in the garden and chocolate milk flowing from public drinking fountains. Soon, the whole school knows about Angel’s magical watch and she becomes the most popular girl in school. But even a magical watch comes at price. Everyone around Angel become increasingly greedy and old friendships are damaged.
