Monday is nine years old and terminally ill. After following a runaway rabbit onto a train, she meets teenage boy Tyler. He’s on the run from the police and realizes that the young girl could be his way to freedom. The unlikely pair head off on an intense road trip which Monday hopes will end at Moon Rock, a mythical stone with healing powers. With both the police and Monday’s father chasing them, the real question is whether Tyler really is dangerous.
