Winner of the Audience award at the Hot Docs Canadian International Documentary Film festival.
In this documentary we are introduced to three activists: Rayen, Pepper and Hilda. They are young and strong, and they fight for what they hold dear on their respective sides of the globe. Rayen walks the streets of Santiago for social reform, Pepper protests for political independence in Hong Kong and Hilda fights the climate change that is destroying her home village in Uganda. This movie shows how activism impacts their personal lives, and why they took up the fight in the first place.
