In 2015 a basketball team for girls was formed in Iceland. Their training regime is gruelling and controversial. The coach is overqualified, he has high expectations and is constantly raising the bar. Soon the girls are totally dominant against their peers. When they are no longer allowed to play against the boys, suddenly it becomes so much more than basketball.
