A group of vulnerable teenage girls live together in an institution. An impulsive act from one of the girls lead to a chain reaction that tests them all. They fight like cats and dogs, share tender moments and are vulnerable together. Just like family.
Most of the parts are played by non-professional actors. Their stories are rooted in their background and much of the dialogue is improvised. A gem of a film.
