Rufus is a young sea serpent who is different from the rest — he can’t swim. While the others dive and play in the ocean, Rufus feels left out. But when a mysterious danger threatens his island kingdom, he must find the courage to face his greatest fear. Along the way, he discovers new friends and learns he may be braver than he ever imagined.
