In one of Bangladesh's low-lying coastal areas along the Brahmaputra River lives Afrin, a 12-year-old orphaned girl on a flood-ravaged island without electricity. When her house is submerged in a flood, she decides to leave the only world she's ever known and embark on a journey to find the father who abandoned her - in one of the most densely populated cities in the world.
